Siraspur is in North West Delhi, in the belt where the capital's old villages have been drawn into the growing city. Maps of places like this share a clear pattern. In the middle is the older settlement, a tight tangle of lanes. Around it spread newer residential colonies with more regular plots. Wider roads pass along the edges and link it to the rest of the city.
