Delta waterways
Creeks and channels cross the area in loose curves. They are the strongest natural lines on the map and a reminder of how closely life here follows the water.

Ah Lel Map Poster & Print
Ah Lel sits in the Yangon Region, on the flat, river-cut land that spreads out from Myanmar's largest city. From above, the settlement looks less like a dense core and more like a loose cluster of lanes, compounds and small blocks set between channels and open fields. The lowland landscape shapes everything here. Water decides where roads can run, and houses follow the higher, drier ground.
Rendered in black and white, an Ah Lel map poster turns that watery setting into a study of line and space. Roads appear as thin, slightly irregular strokes, and creeks and drainage channels bend through them in softer curves. Large pale areas stand for fields and wet ground. They give the composition room to breathe instead of filling every corner of the sheet.
With around twenty-three thousand residents, Ah Lel is a modest place, and the map shows it honestly. There are no famous boulevards to point to. What you see is the everyday geometry of a community shaped by the lowlands of lower Myanmar and by the steady pull of nearby Yangon. That plainness is exactly what makes the drawing feel personal.

Open field pattern
Wide unbuilt spaces between clusters of houses stand for paddy land and low ground, which leaves generous white space around the streets on the poster.
Yangon's orbit
The town lies within the Yangon Region, close to the metropolis, and wider frames begin to catch the denser street fabric of the city beyond.
