Ganges riverbed
The river runs broad and braided to the south of the town, its channels and sand islands forming soft, irregular shapes that contrast with the fine lines of the streets.

Dighwāra Map Poster & Print
Dighwāra sits in Bihar's Saran district on the northern side of the Ganges, a short distance upstream from Patna on the opposite shore. The country around it is the flat, fertile plain of the middle Gangetic basin, and from above the town appears as a dense core of lanes surrounded by fields, ponds and the wide, shifting presence of the river.
The Ganges dominates any map of this area. Here it spreads across a broad bed, with braided channels and sandbars that change with the monsoon, so the riverbank on a map is never a simple line. Inland, village roads branch across the plain, and a railway line passes through the town, linking it with the larger centres of north Bihar.
A Dighwāra map poster captures that meeting of settlement and river in simple black lines on white. The town's close-knit streets give weight to one part of the frame, while the open plain and the water give it space. It is a modest place on the map, and the poster keeps it that way, honest and uncluttered, as a reminder of home or of family ties to Saran.

Dense town core
Close-packed lanes and small blocks gather at the heart of the settlement, forming a dark knot of detail on the map before the pattern opens out into fields.
Gangetic plain
Beyond the town, level farmland stretches in every direction, crossed by footpaths, village roads and ponds, a landscape where the map feels spacious and calm.
