Dense town core
The centre is a close weave of short streets and small blocks. On the poster, it forms a dark, compact shape against the lighter fields around it.

Munūf Map Poster & Print
Munūf lies in the Monufia Governorate, in the heart of the Nile Delta between the two main branches of the river. From above, the town is a dense cluster of narrow streets. It is surrounded by a patchwork of fields that are divided by canals and irrigation ditches. Roads and waterways often run side by side, and the edges of the town merge into the farmland.
The delta is one of the oldest farming landscapes in the world, and the map shows how carefully it is divided. Canals come from the Nile and branch into smaller channels, each field tied to a supply of water. Munūf, like other delta towns, grew as a market and administrative centre for the villages around it and developed in step with that network.
A Munūf map poster captures two textures: the dense, irregular core of the town and the orderly strips of fields and canals around it. Seen together, they tell the story of the delta. For people from Monufia, especially those who now live in Cairo or abroad, it is an accurate and personal map of home.

Irrigation canals
Canals and ditches cross the land in long lines. They are the backbone of the delta landscape and often run parallel to the roads.
Field patchwork
Around the town, narrow plots of farmland form a fine pattern that fills the edges of the map, typical of the Nile Delta.
