Stuhna valley
The small river and its ponds wind along the lower ground below the town. They give the map a soft, meandering line alongside the denser streets.

Vasylkiv Map Poster & Print
Vasylkiv is a town in Kyiv Oblast, around 35 kilometres south-west of the capital. It is among the oldest towns in Ukraine. According to the chronicles, it was founded in 988 by Prince Volodymyr the Great as a fortress named Vasyliv, after his baptismal name. It stands above the valley of the Stuhna river.
From above, the historic centre sits on higher ground, with the main streets converging around the old core and its churches, including the eighteenth-century St Anthony and Theodosius Cathedral. Newer residential districts spread out along the river and roads. Nearby, the long runway of the military airfield forms a strong straight line on the edge of town.
A Vasylkiv map poster shows the town's layers together: the river valley and its ponds, the old centre on the rise, the Soviet-era housing estates and the airfield. It suits people from the town and anyone who wants a map with deep roots near Kyiv.

Old centre on the rise
The historic core sits higher than the valley, and several streets meet there. It is where the town began over a thousand years ago.
Airfield runway
The long, straight runway near the town is one of the most striking lines on the print and a sharp contrast to the curving river.
