Valley streets
The town's main roads follow the low ground between hills, so the street pattern curves instead of forming straight lines.

Zhengxing Map Poster & Print
Zhengxing is a town in the Chongqing municipality in southwest China, in the rolling hill country west of the main urban area. The terrain here is broken into ridges and small valleys, and the town's layout follows it. From above you see streets that curve along the valley floors, with newer blocks spreading out where the ground allows.
The countryside around the town is farmed in the terraced, patchwork way typical of the Sichuan Basin. Small roads trace the hillsides between fields and hamlets. On the map this makes a fine, irregular texture in which built-up areas and open land blend together.
A Zhengxing map poster captures a very different side of Chongqing from the city's famous riverfront skyline. It is a smaller, quieter place, drawn by topography, and it makes an honest portrait of home for those who know it.

Hillside lanes
Narrow rural roads climb and wind across the slopes, linking fields and scattered hamlets around the town.
Newer blocks
More recent development appears as larger, more regular blocks on flatter ground at the edge of the older centre.
