Bom Jardim Map Poster & Print
Bom Jardim is a municipality in the Brazilian state of Maranhão, in the interior of the country's northeast. The town itself is modest in size, and on a map it forms a small cluster of streets surrounded by a much larger rural area. Roads leave the centre and cross the landscape toward other towns in the region.
The name means good garden in Portuguese. As in many interior towns in Maranhão, the street plan is simple: a central area with a church square and blocks around it, then streets thinning into lots and farmland. Watercourses and tracks run across the surrounding land.
A Bom Jardim map poster shows the town at the scale people know it, the streets around the centre and the edges where the town opens onto the countryside. Printed in clean black lines, it is a reminder of a place many families left for bigger cities and still call home.

Regional roads
The roads connecting Bom Jardim to its neighbours cross the map as long lines. They give the composition direction and show how the town links to the region.
Rural surroundings
Beyond the streets, the map opens into countryside marked only by tracks and watercourses. That open space lets the town stand out in the middle of the frame.
