Bodocó Map Poster & Print
Bodocó is in the western sertão of Pernambuco, in the semi-arid interior of northeastern Brazil. The town's centre is compact, arranged around a church square with streets spreading into residential blocks, while the municipality around it covers a large area of dry country dotted with rural communities and farms.
The Chapada do Araripe, a long, flat-topped plateau, rises in this part of the state and dominates the regional landscape. On maps of the area, riverbeds that flow only in the rainy season appear as thin winding lines, and small reservoirs mark the places where water is held back for the dry months that define life in the sertão.
A Bodocó map poster presents a quiet interior town with clarity: the central streets, the roads leading toward neighbouring towns and the watercourses that shape the land around them. It is a portrait of a place defined by climate and distance, drawn simply in line and open space.

Seasonal rivers
Watercourses that fill only after rain cross the surrounding land as fine, meandering lines, with reservoirs appearing as small patches of water.
Sertão roads
Roads leave the town across dry country toward other municipalities of the Araripe region, forming long lines through the open landscape.

အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရှိသော မြေပုံ
Many people from the sertão of Pernambuco have moved to Recife, São Paulo and beyond, and a map of Bodocó keeps a clear picture of home. It is an honest, unadorned portrait of a small town.
Add a title, subtitle and coordinates line in your own words, perhaps with a family name or a date. Choose from five styles, Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand; Sand suits the warm tones of the sertão.
