Hamamatsu Map Poster & Print
Hamamatsu sits roughly halfway between Tokyo and Osaka on the Pacific coast of Shizuoka Prefecture. On the map it is framed by water on two sides: the intricate shoreline of Lake Hamana to the west and the wide braided channel of the Tenryū River to the east. Along the south runs the long, straight coast of the Enshū Sea.
The centre is compact, gathered around the station on the Tōkaidō Shinkansen line and the site of Hamamatsu Castle, once held by the young Tokugawa Ieyasu. Beyond it, residential districts, industrial zones and fields interlock across the flat plain, cut by highways and railway lines running east toward Tokyo and west toward Nagoya.
The city is widely known for manufacturing, particularly musical instruments and motorcycles; Yamaha and Kawai were founded here and Suzuki is still based in the area. A Hamamatsu map poster reflects that working character, with a clear urban core, broad industrial blocks and the natural outlines of lake, river and sea around them.

Tenryū River
The river reaches the coast in a wide, braided bed on the city's eastern side, a broad pale band crossed by a series of long bridges.
Castle and station
The old castle park and the Shinkansen station sit close together, forming the dense centre from which the city's main roads spread outward across the plain.

အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရှိသော မြေပုံ
Hamamatsu appeals to musicians, engineers and anyone connected to the city's industries, as well as people who have lived here or passed through on the Shinkansen. The contrast between lake, river and a steady urban grid makes a map that feels calm and well ordered.
The title, subtitle and coordinates can be changed to mark a name, a year or a personal note. Choose between Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint and Sand; Blueprint suits the city's engineering side especially well.
