Kandukūr Map Poster & Print
Kandukūr lies in coastal Andhra Pradesh, on the plains south of Ongole. Seen from above, the town is a close-packed centre of narrow streets with newer colonies spreading along the roads that lead out of it. The surroundings are flat and agricultural, marked by irrigation tanks, field boundaries and the long, straight lines of roads connecting the town with villages and the coast.
The town has long served as the market and administrative centre for its surrounding villages, and it is the seat of a revenue division. Its position between the coast and the drier interior shapes the landscape on the map, with water bodies and cultivated plots filling much of the space beyond the built-up area.
A Kandukūr map poster turns this familiar landscape into a clean composition: the dense knot of the old town, the roads spreading out like spokes, and the scattered tanks that punctuate the fields. It is a subtle image, and one that people from the town tend to recognise immediately, even before reading the title.
