Limonar Map Poster & Print
Limonar lies in Matanzas province in western Cuba, inland from the city of Matanzas and its bay. The town is laid out in a regular grid of blocks, a pattern shared by many Cuban country towns. Its streets run in straight lines until they meet the fields at the edge of town.
Beyond the grid the map opens onto the plains of Matanzas, a province long associated with sugar cane. Field roads, tracks and occasional watercourses cross the flat ground. Roads leading toward neighbouring towns and the provincial capital give the composition a few strong directions against the open land.
The name Limonar means lemon grove in Spanish, a simple image that fits a quiet agricultural town. A Limonar map poster presents the place in its clearest form: an ordered pattern of blocks in a wide, flat landscape, drawn in clean lines that suit a calm interior.

Open plains
Around the town the land is flat and largely agricultural. The map shows wide spaces crossed only by a few roads and tracks, which gives it a spare, balanced look.
Roads to Matanzas
Routes run from Limonar toward the provincial capital and nearby towns. They form long lines that tie the small grid into the wider province.
