Tobré Map Poster & Print
Tobré is in the Atakora department of northwestern Benin, a region of savanna, scattered hills and farmland. Seen from above, the town is small and open. A few roads come together near its centre, lined with compounds, and then continue outward across a landscape of cultivated fields and dry-season tracks.
There is no dense grid here. The pattern is looser and more rural: clusters of buildings, paths linking them, and wide spaces between. On a black and white map this becomes a spare, airy composition in which each line counts. The emptiness around the roads is part of the picture, because it reflects how much of the area is still open land.
A Tobré map poster is for people who know the place first-hand, from family, work or time spent in northern Benin. It does not try to make the town look bigger than it is. It shows the crossing of routes that holds the settlement together and the wide country around it, drawn with the same care a capital city would get.

Open savanna
Large unbuilt areas surround the settlement, giving the design generous negative space. The Sand and Paper styles suit it especially well.
Rural footpaths
Thin tracks connect outlying compounds and fields, adding fine detail at the edges of an otherwise uncluttered layout.

အဓိပ္ပာယ်ရှိသော မြေပုံ
Small towns rarely get a poster of their own, which is why a map of Tobré can mean a lot to someone who grew up there or has family in Atakora. It is modest and personal, and the place is unmistakable to anyone who knows it.
