Central plaza grid
Square blocks arranged around the main plaza give the centre an even, chequered texture. On paper it is one of the clearest examples of a planned small-town grid.

Apóstoles Map Poster & Print
Apóstoles traces its origins to a Jesuit mission founded in the seventeenth century. The modern town grew after a wave of Ukrainian and Polish settlers arrived in the late nineteenth century. From above it has the orderly shape common to planned Argentine towns: a grid of square blocks around a central plaza, with avenues extending outward into gently rolling countryside.
The land around the town is what makes the area known across Argentina. Apóstoles calls itself the national capital of yerba mate, and the surrounding estates cover the hills with plantation rows, shelterbelts and farm tracks. Streams run through wooded hollows between the fields, adding irregular lines to an otherwise measured landscape.
An Apóstoles map poster shows the square rhythm of the blocks at the centre and the looser farm roads at the margins. It makes a good gift for families with roots in the town's immigrant communities, for anyone connected to mate production, or for someone who simply spent formative years in this corner of Misiones.

Yerba mate country
Beyond the last streets, plantation tracks and field boundaries spread over the hills. They show the working landscape behind the town's reputation for yerba mate.
Wooded stream valleys
Small creeks wind through the rolling terrain between farms. Their curving paths contrast with the straight urban grid and the ruled lines of the estates.

Dlaczego Apóstoles
Mapa, która coś znaczy
Apóstoles carries layered stories, from the Jesuit missions to the settlers who arrived from Eastern Europe. A map of the town is a way to honour a family line or a place where someone grew up among the plantations.
Personalise the title, a subtitle and the coordinates line, perhaps with a surname or the year a family arrived. Then choose Classic black and white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand.
