Az Zuwāydah lies in the central part of the Gaza Strip, on the flat coastal plain between Deir al-Balah and Nuseirat. From above, it is a compact settlement of close-set blocks and narrow streets. The main north–south route through the Strip runs nearby, and farmland and scattered buildings stretch west toward the sea and east toward the interior.
The Az Zuwāydah map poster keeps the composition simple and faithful: a dense core, a thinner ring of houses and plots, and the long, straight coastline of the Mediterranean within easy reach of the frame.
