Caijia is a town in the Chongqing municipality, in the rugged hill country of southwestern China. The terrain is steep and deeply folded, and the built-up area is shaped by it. Like many towns across Chongqing's outer districts, Caijia has grown in recent decades, with newer roads and residential blocks extending from its older centre.
