Dondaicha is a town in the Dhule district of northern Maharashtra, in the Khandesh region. Together with the neighbouring settlement of Warwade, it forms a single municipal council. The land around it is largely flat and agricultural, and the town serves as a local centre for trade in the surrounding villages.
Seen from above, Dondaicha has a dense central area of narrow streets, where older houses and shops sit close together.
