Horizon Hills is a planned residential township in Iskandar Puteri, southern Johor, within the development corridor that faces Singapore across the Strait of Johor. It was conceived as a golf-oriented community. On a map, the fairways of its golf course take up a large share of the area, with housing arranged in precincts around them.
The street pattern is suburban and deliberate throughout. Loop roads run through each precinct, cul-de-sacs branch off them, and landscaped buffers separate one enclave from the next.
