Mansourah is in the province of Bordj Bou Arréridj, in the highlands of northeastern Algeria, on ground that rises toward the surrounding mountains. From above, the town is a compact cluster of streets on uneven terrain. Farmland and hillsides surround it, and a few roads link it to the rest of the region.
