Colniza Map Poster & Print
Colniza lies in the far northwest of Mato Grosso, in the southern reaches of the Amazon, and it is one of the state's younger and more remote towns. Its built-up area is compact and laid out on a regular grid of straight streets and square blocks. This is the kind of plan typical of settlements founded on the agricultural frontier in recent decades.
The map is striking because of the scale of what surrounds the town. The municipality covers a very large area, much of it forest and river valleys, crossed by a few long roads and the straight boundaries of cleared farmland. From above, cleared plots often line the roads in a comb-like pattern that stands out against the even texture of the forest.
A Colniza map poster frames a town at the edge of a very big landscape. Close in, it shows a tidy grid with a few wider avenues. Zoomed out, the grid becomes a small bright mark in a much larger field of forest and watercourses. Either way the image carries a strong sense of distance, which suits the minimal black-and-white treatment.

Roads into the forest
Long roads leave town and run for great distances through forest and farmland. Their straight lines give the map a clear sense of direction.
Winding rivers
Rivers in the surrounding region wind through the forest in loops and curves, a natural counterpoint to the ruled lines of the town and its roads.

ඇයි Colniza
අර්ථයක් ඇති සිතියමක්
Colniza was built by people who came from other parts of Brazil to start again, and a map of the town can mark that story for a family. Use the family name, the year you arrived or the name of a farm as the title or subtitle, alongside the town's coordinates.
The grid looks especially clean in Blueprint or Classic black & white. Sand and Paper suit the rural setting, and Noir adds contrast. The $9 digital files cover six sizes, from 30×40 cm to 24×36″, with no watermark, and matte prints ship from partners in more than 30 countries.
