Cornwall Map Poster
Cornwall lies on the north bank of the St. Lawrence River in eastern Ontario, close to where Ontario, Quebec and New York State meet. The city is laid out on a largely regular grid of streets running back from the water. Across the whole map, the river forms a broad, unbroken southern edge.
Opposite the city lies Cornwall Island, part of the Mohawk territory of Akwesasne. The Seaway International Bridge links the shores on the way toward Massena. Upstream, the Moses-Saunders Power Dam spans the river. It was built during the St. Lawrence Seaway project of the 1950s, which reshaped this whole stretch of water and its shoreline.
A Cornwall map poster captures the balance between orderly land and open water. The streets form a steady rhythm of blocks, and the waterfront parks trace a soft green line along the shore. The river and its islands give the composition a wide, calm base, which shows especially well at larger print sizes.

Seaway International Bridge
The high crossing reaches Cornwall Island and continues to the American side. It draws a single line across the water that ties two countries together on paper.
Regular street grid
Behind the waterfront, numbered and named streets form a largely rectangular grid. It stretches north through older neighbourhoods toward newer residential areas at the edge of town.
