Winding lanes
Roads follow the rolling ground and old paths between plots, so the map is covered in gently curving lines and has no regular grid.

Nalloor Map Poster & Print
Nalloor is a town in the far south of Tamil Nadu, in green, well-watered country near the Kerala border and the southern tip of India. On a map it looks less like a single centre and more like part of a dense, continuous settlement pattern. Houses line narrow roads that wind between plantations and cultivated plots.
Coconut groves and paddy fields fill the spaces between roads, and irrigation tanks and small channels add scattered shapes of water. The terrain is gently rolling, so roads follow ridges and curves instead of straight lines. From above, the area is a fine web in which built-up land and cultivation are closely interwoven.
A Nalloor map poster turns that intricate pattern into a delicate black-and-white composition. There are no grand avenues here, only a close network of lanes, and this gives the print an unusually fine texture. It is a quiet, personal choice for families from this corner of Tamil Nadu, wherever they now live.

Irrigation tanks
Tanks and small channels have long been central to farming in this region. They appear as solid shapes and thin lines scattered across the landscape.
Continuous settlement
Houses stretch along the roads almost without a break, so Nalloor merges into neighbouring villages. The town's edges are soft, not sharply defined.
