Pontes e Lacerda Map Poster & Print
Pontes e Lacerda lies in western Mato Grosso, close to the Bolivian border, in the broad valley of the Guaporé River. From above, the town reads as a compact block of streets set down in wide farmland, with long rural roads running out in almost every direction. The river and its tributaries add soft, winding lines to what is otherwise a very orderly plan.
The main highway through the region crosses the town and gives the map its strongest single line. Around it, residential blocks form a mostly regular grid, with newer districts added at the edges as the town grew. The street pattern is simple and legible, the kind of layout that looks clean and balanced when reduced to black lines on white paper.
The area is known for cattle ranching and has a long association with gold prospecting in the surrounding hills. A Pontes e Lacerda map poster captures that meeting of settlement and open land: a tight core of streets, a few long roads heading into the countryside, and the river corridor tracing the valley floor to the west.

Highway spine
A long regional highway cuts through the town and continues across the plain, giving the composition a clear axis that the rest of the grid hangs from.
Regular street grid
Residential blocks are laid out in a largely rectangular pattern, which renders as an even, rhythmic texture in a minimalist print.

For people who grew up in the Guaporé valley or spent years working on its farms, this map is a quiet reminder of a specific place near the edge of the country. Add a family name, a year you arrived, or the coordinates of home to the title line.
The layout suits all five styles. Classic black and white keeps the grid crisp, Sand brings out the warmth of the countryside, and Blueprint gives it a technical feel. Noir and Paper are there if you want something darker or softer on the wall.
