Albertville Map Poster & Print
Albertville lies on the Sand Mountain plateau in Marshall County, north-east Alabama. On the map, the town is a loose grid of streets and blocks around a small downtown, with US Highway 431 running through as its main axis. The ground is mostly level to gently rolling, which lets the streets spread evenly in every direction without much interruption.
Beyond the centre, the grid opens into neighbourhoods, industrial areas and farmland crossed by straight county roads. To the north-west, the edge of the plateau drops toward Lake Guntersville, a reservoir on the Tennessee River. The wider landscape shifts sharply there, from high, level ground to long, branching water that fills the valley below.
Albertville calls itself the Fire Hydrant Capital of the World because of a long-running hydrant factory in town, and a gold-painted hydrant monument marks the title. An Albertville map poster shows the town's even, open layout and the highway that ties it to Guntersville, Boaz and the rest of the plateau.

Downtown grid
A compact grid of streets around the historic centre forms the densest part of the map, loosening into larger blocks and longer roads toward the edges.
Plateau farm roads
Outside town, straight county roads divide the fields of Sand Mountain, a clean and open pattern that frames the urban core on every side.
