Archena Map Poster & Print
Archena sits on the Segura river in the Region of Murcia, at the southern entrance to the Ricote valley. From above, the contrast is striking: a narrow ribbon of irrigated orchards follows the river, while the land beyond turns quickly to dry, bare hills. The town's streets fill the space between the two, running down toward the water in a close, irregular pattern.
Archena is best known for its thermal springs. The Balneario de Archena, a spa complex beside the river, has drawn visitors to its warm mineral waters since Roman times, and the town has grown with that tradition. Citrus and fruit orchards on the valley floor remain part of the local landscape.
An Archena map poster turns this setting into a clear composition. The Segura draws a curving line along one side, the dense grid of the town sits above it, and the fields and hills around it fade into lighter tones. It is a map of a place shaped by water, both the river that irrigates the valley and the springs that made the town's name.

Spa by the water
The historic thermal baths sit beside the Segura, slightly apart from the town centre, a small cluster of buildings that marks where Archena's springs rise.
Valley and dry hills
Cultivated land hugs the river while bare slopes rise beyond, so the built area and its green belt read as a clear, defined shape on the page.
