Bābai Map Poster & Print
Bābai is a town in the Narmadapuram district of Madhya Pradesh, in central India, in the broad farming country south of the Vindhya hills and north of the Narmada valley. From above, it is a compact settlement: a dense cluster of streets at the meeting of several roads, with fields surrounding it on every side.
The street pattern is organic. Lanes wind around older blocks in the centre, and newer houses stretch along the roads leading out of town. On a map, this produces a clear core with soft extensions like fingers reaching into farmland. The surrounding fields, with their tracks and boundaries, add a fine texture to the edges.
A Bābai map poster is a personal print made for the people who know the town best. It shows a real place in its everyday form, the market lanes, the roads to neighbouring villages, the fields beyond. In black and white, the small dense town surrounded by open space becomes a calm and balanced image.

Roads outward
Several roads lead out of the centre toward nearby villages and towns, with houses built along them, extending the settlement in long arms.
Farmland setting
Cultivated fields surround the town. On the map their tracks and edges create a quiet pattern that frames the streets.
