Zemljevid
Bayjī Map Poster & Print
Bayjī lies on the west bank of the Tigris in Salah ad Din province, between Tikrit and Mosul. The river runs past the town in a broad, gentle curve, bordered by a narrow strip of irrigated land, while dry desert plains stretch out beyond.
The town is best known for its oil refinery, one of the largest in Iraq, which occupies a vast industrial site to the north. From above, the refinery appears as a large, geometric complex of tanks, pipelines and roads, contrasting sharply with the smaller, more irregular streets of the town itself.
A Bayjī map poster captures this combination of river, desert and industry. Major roads and a railway line pass through the area, linking it with Baghdad to the south and the northern cities, and giving the map strong directional lines.

Refinery complex
The refinery site north of town is a large, structured area of tanks and roads, drawn as a precise geometric pattern at the edge of the poster.
Desert margins
Beyond the river and town, open desert surrounds the settlement, leaving wide empty space that makes the built-up area stand out clearly.
