Khasnahzān Map Poster & Print
Khasnahzān lies on the flat plain east of Erbil, the capital of the Kurdistan Region of Iraq, within the city's wider urban area. On a map it appears as a set of largely modern neighbourhoods laid out on broad, fairly regular blocks. Main roads connect it back toward the centre, and open land is still visible between the built-up areas.
Erbil is known for its concentric plan, with ring roads spreading outward from the ancient citadel mound at its centre. Districts on the city's edge, such as Khasnahzān, show how that pattern continues as the urban area expands. Straight arterials, new housing and the surrounding farmland give this part of the map a spacious, open structure.
Because this part of Erbil has grown quickly, the street pattern changes from year to year, which makes a map a useful record of one moment. A Khasnahzān map poster captures the district's current layout, with its roads and blocks drawn cleanly against the plain. It is made for residents who want a picture of the place they have made home.

Link to Erbil
Main roads lead west toward central Erbil and its ring roads. They place the district within the larger concentric structure of the city.
Open plain
The flat Erbil plain appears as open space between and around the built-up areas. It gives the composition room to breathe and marks where the city is still expanding.
