The Weser bend
The river crosses the sheet as a wide, smooth band. It sets the orientation of the whole poster, and the town gathers along it instead of spreading evenly in every direction.

Beverungen Map Poster & Print
Beverungen sits on the Weser in the far east of North Rhine-Westphalia, where the state meets Lower Saxony and Hesse. On a map the river is the main feature. It makes a broad curve past the town, and the short Bever joins it from the west. The town's name comes from that meeting of the two rivers.
The historic core is small and sits close to the riverbank. Its streets are short and irregular, and they give way quickly to newer residential blocks that climb the gentle ground away from the water. Beyond the built-up edge, field boundaries and forest cover take over. A few roads lead out toward the surrounding villages, and that thin network is typical of the Weser Uplands.
A Beverungen map poster works best when the Weser runs clearly across the frame. The river is the strongest line on the sheet and gives the composition its direction. The streets gather along one bank, and the open country beyond balances the page with quieter texture. Together they give a small, calm print.

Where the Bever joins
The small Bever river enters the Weser at the town and gives Beverungen its name. On the map it shows up as a thin line meeting the wider river.
Upland edges
Past the last houses the lines thin into fields and forest. This shows how quickly the Weser Uplands close in around a riverside town of this size.

Zakaj Beverungen
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
People hang this map to remember a stretch of the Weser they know: a childhood town, a cycling stop along the river, or a family home near the three-state border. The river gives the print a clear shape, so it reads well from across a room.
You can change the title, subtitle and coordinates line, so the poster can carry a family name or a date that matters. Choose Classic black & white or Noir for strong contrast, or Paper, Blueprint or Sand for a softer tone that suits wood and linen.
