Bhālki Map Poster & Print
Bhālki is a town in Bidar district, in the far north of Karnataka, near the border with Maharashtra. It lies on the Deccan plateau, where the land is broad and fairly level, and the map shows the town spreading easily across open ground.
The town has an old fort, and its historic centre retains the tightly packed streets typical of older Deccan settlements. Around this core, newer residential and commercial areas extend along the main roads, with more regular blocks and wider streets.
A Bhālki map poster shows how an older fortified town has grown into a modern regional centre. The compact core, the roads radiating across the plateau and the farmland beyond give the print a clear structure and generous space.

Radiating roads
Main roads leave the town in several directions across the plateau, with houses and shops lining them as they head outward.
Plateau farmland
Flat agricultural land surrounds the town, leaving open space on the print and emphasising the compact form of the settlement.
