Bhind Map Poster & Print
Bhind is the headquarters of Bhind district in the north of Madhya Pradesh, close to the border with Uttar Pradesh. It lies on the flat plains between the Chambal River to the north and the Sindh to the south, in country that is mostly farmland. On a map the town forms a dense, compact cluster with roads spreading out in several directions.
The older part of the town is a tight network of narrow lanes, while newer neighbourhoods and markets extend along the main roads toward Gwalior, Etawah and other nearby towns. A railway line crosses the area, and small ponds and fields interrupt the built-up zones. Around it, the countryside is organised into a fine pattern of farm tracks and village roads.
Bhind is on the edge of the Chambal region, known for the deeply eroded ravines along the Chambal River and for the protected river sanctuary that shelters gharials and river dolphins. A Bhind map poster frames a regional town in wide farmland, with roads leading out to villages and river country beyond.
