Dense town centre
At the heart of the map, short lanes and small plots crowd together, producing the darkest and most intricate part of the print.

Biswān Map Poster & Print
Biswān is a town in Sitapur district, Uttar Pradesh, set on the broad alluvial plain between the Gomti and Ghaghara rivers. From above the ground is almost perfectly level. Nothing on the map is bent by hills, so the town's shape comes from roads, old lanes and the fields that press in on every side.
The centre is a dense cluster of narrow streets and small blocks, the kind of fabric that grows over generations. From there, roads run out toward neighbouring villages and the district headquarters. Beyond the built edge, the map turns into a pattern of field boundaries, tracks and scattered settlements, typical of rural central Uttar Pradesh.
A Biswān map poster keeps that contrast between a tightly drawn core and the thinner lines of the countryside. In black and white, the lanes read like fine handwriting and the approach roads like strokes that tie the town to the plain around it. The result is a quiet, honest portrait of an ordinary Indian town.

Radiating approach roads
Roads leave the centre in several directions toward nearby villages and larger towns, giving the town a loose star shape on the page.
Open agricultural plain
Around the built-up area the map thins into tracks and field edges, a reminder of the farmland that surrounds the town on all sides.
