Carrollton Map Poster & Print
Carrollton is the seat of Carroll County in West Georgia, west of Atlanta near the Alabama line. The town grew around a central square, and its older streets radiate from that point before giving way to curving suburban roads across wooded, rolling hills. The Little Tallapoosa River runs nearby, adding a natural line to the surrounding landscape.
The University of West Georgia gives the town much of its character, and its campus appears on the map as a distinct area of larger buildings and paths. Carrollton is also known for its GreenBelt, a long paved trail that loops around the city through woods and neighbourhoods, one of the longest such loops in the state.
A Carrollton map poster brings together the square, the campus and the loop of the trail, set against the wooded hills. It is a composition with a clear centre and a gentle outer ring, which gives it a balanced and personal feel in a black-and-white print.
