Carteret Map Poster & Print
Carteret is a borough in Middlesex County, New Jersey, on the western shore of the Arthur Kill, the tidal strait between New Jersey and Staten Island. Originally called Roosevelt, it was renamed in 1922 after Sir George Carteret, one of the original proprietors of the colony of New Jersey. The map is compact, bounded by water on the east and the Rahway River to the north.
Inside those edges, residential streets form a mostly regular grid. The waterfront is dominated by large industrial and logistics sites that reflect the area's long history of manufacturing and shipping. The New Jersey Turnpike runs along the western side of the borough, and the broad channel of the Arthur Kill gives the east side of any map a strong, open edge.
A Carteret map poster renders that mix of neighbourhood and industry in clean lines: small grid blocks, broad industrial parcels, the looping Turnpike interchange and the shoreline beyond. It is a solid choice for longtime residents, for families who have been in the borough for generations, and for anyone who knows the view across to Staten Island.

Zakaj Carteret
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
Carteret has the loyalty of a small town despite its place in one of the busiest corridors in the country. A map poster honours that, showing a borough with clear edges and a character of its own.
Name the poster after your street or family, add a year to the subtitle, and edit the coordinates line if you like. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, as $9 digital files or a printed poster with an optional frame.
