Durgāpur Map Poster & Print
Durgāpur lies in the Chandrapur district of Maharashtra, close to the city of Chandrapur itself. The district is known for its coalfields and for the large thermal power station nearby, and this industrial setting shapes the map. The settlement combines older, organic lanes with planned residential areas linked to industry.
Roads run out towards Chandrapur and the mining areas, and around the town the land opens up into scrub, small fields and water bodies. Rail lines serving the coal and power industries cross the surrounding area, adding straight lines to an otherwise irregular landscape.
The region lies in the Vidarbha area of eastern Maharashtra, with forests further out beyond the towns. A Durgāpur map poster shows a place at the meeting point of residential streets, industrial land and the open countryside of central India.
