Runnymede meadows
The open riverside meadows form a broad, empty area beside the Thames. It stands in quiet contrast to the town streets nearby.

Egham Map Poster & Print
Egham is in Surrey, on the south bank of the Thames, just upstream from Staines. From above, the town is bordered by the river, the flat water meadows of Runnymede and the motorway ring of the M25. The high street runs through the middle, and residential streets rise toward Englefield Green and the higher ground to the west.
Runnymede is where King John sealed Magna Carta in 1215, and the meadows are now preserved as open land with several memorials. On Cooper's Hill above them stands the Air Forces Memorial. Royal Holloway, University of London, has its campus on the hill, and its Victorian Founder's Building is one of the most striking buildings in the area.
An Egham map poster shows a town shaped by water and open land: the curve of the Thames, the empty meadows, reservoirs to the east and the dense grid of motorway junctions. For students and alumni, the campus paths on the hill are a recognisable detail.

River Thames
The river curves along the northern edge of the town, with islands and meanders that give the composition a soft outline.
Royal Holloway campus
On the hill to the west, the university's paths and buildings form their own distinct cluster within the wider street pattern.

Zakaj Egham
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
Egham means different things to different people: three years at Royal Holloway, a first home near the river or a walk across Runnymede. A map poster turns any of those memories into something for the wall.
Add a title, subtitle and coordinates line, perhaps a graduation year, and choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Classic suits the river and meadows particularly well.
