Feicheng Map Poster & Print
Feicheng lies in western Shandong, in rolling country south-west of Mount Tai. The city centre sits in a basin with low hills rising around it. From above, the dense urban area is compact and orderly, with main roads meeting at regular crossings. At the edges, the grid thins out into villages, fields and orchards.
Feicheng is best known in China for its peaches. The local variety has been grown here for centuries, and orchards cover much of the surrounding land. In spring the blossom draws visitors from across the province. Industry, including mining, has also shaped the city's growth, and its newer districts are laid out on a larger scale.
It is a place better understood through its landscape than through landmarks. The hills set the limits, the farmland fills the gaps, and the city grows in the flat ground between. A Feicheng map poster captures that simple, readable structure: a compact grid held in a ring of rising land.

Surrounding hills
Low ridges surround the basin and mark where the dense streets end. On the map, they leave soft, curving edges.
Orchard country
Beyond the city, the land is given over to farms and orchards, drawn as a sparse network of village roads between open ground.
