Hajdúszoboszló Map Poster & Print
Hajdúszoboszló lies on the Great Hungarian Plain, a short distance south-west of Debrecen. It is one of the Hajdú towns, settled in the early seventeenth century by hajdú soldiers granted land and privileges by Prince István Bocskai. The historic centre is a compact knot of streets around the main square and the Reformed church, from which roads run straight out across the flat farmland.
The town's modern identity dates from 1925, when drilling for oil struck thermal water instead. The spa that grew around the discovery is now one of the largest bath complexes in Europe, and on a map it appears as a large area of pools, lawns and trees set beside the old centre, surrounded by hotels, guesthouses and holiday streets.
A Hajdúszoboszló map poster reads clearly: the regular residential streets, the irregular old core and the open shapes of the spa. Blueprint makes the pools and parkland stand out against the streets, while Paper and Sand give the plain a warmer tone. Digital HD files are $9, and printed posters ship from partners in more than 30 countries.

Roads across the plain
Straight roads run out of town across the flat Hajdúság toward Debrecen and neighbouring towns, giving the composition long clean lines on every side.
