Streetcar-era blocks
Dense rows of early twentieth-century homes fill most of the map. The even grain of the streets and lots gives the poster its quiet, uniform texture.

Havertown Map Poster & Print
Havertown is an unincorporated community in Haverford Township, Delaware County, just west of Philadelphia. From above it is almost entirely residential. Tight blocks of twins and single homes are threaded by streets that sometimes run straight and sometimes curve gently. Most of it was built in the early and middle twentieth century, as the city spread outward along trolley and rail lines.
The map shows a fine, even texture without a single dominant centre. Commercial strips follow the main roads, and parks and school grounds open small green spaces in the pattern. Creeks and wooded stream valleys cut softer lines through the grid, and a few major routes lead east toward the city.
A Havertown map poster works well because the pattern is so consistent. Block after block of homes creates a calm, detailed surface that looks almost like woven cloth on paper. For many people it is simply the neighbourhood they grew up in, and the map lets them find their own street among many similar ones.

Creek valleys
Wooded stream corridors wind through the township. They bring irregular, natural curves into a street pattern that is otherwise very orderly.
Road to the city
Main routes run east toward Philadelphia's city line. They serve as reminders of how closely Havertown has always been tied to the city next door.

Zakaj Havertown
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
Havertown is the kind of place people describe as home rather than a destination, which is why a map of it feels personal. It suits first-time buyers, former residents who have moved away, or families who have lived on the same block for decades.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates line, for example with your street and the year you moved in. You can choose from Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand.
