Ibitinga Map Poster & Print
Ibitinga lies in the interior of São Paulo State, on gently rolling farmland near the Tietê River. The town centre follows a regular grid typical of the region, with square blocks arranged around a central plaza and church. Newer neighbourhoods extend outward in similar orderly patterns. Nearby, the river widens into the reservoir created by the Ibitinga dam, a broad body of water that softens the edge of the map.
The town is widely known in Brazil as the national capital of embroidery. Hundreds of small workshops and shops produce bed linen, tablecloths and embroidered textiles, and an annual embroidery fair draws buyers and visitors from across the country. The surrounding countryside is agricultural, with orange groves and sugar cane among the familiar crops of the region.
An Ibitinga map poster has a quiet, almost woven quality, which suits a town known for its needlework. The street grid forms an even, regular texture, the main avenues run like threads through it, and the reservoir adds a large open shape that balances the composition. It suits people from the town, embroiderers and anyone who values precise, handmade things.

Tietê reservoir
The dam on the Tietê River created a wide reservoir near Ibitinga. Its irregular shoreline contrasts with the straight streets of the town.
Outer neighbourhoods
Newer districts extend the grid outward across the farmland. Occasional curved roads and open plots show where the town gradually meets the countryside.
