Compact centre
The old town is a small, tight network of lanes and markets. It is the densest part of the map and stands out clearly against the open land around it.

Jhābua Map Poster & Print
Jhābua is the headquarters of Jhabua district in western Madhya Pradesh, close to the borders with Gujarat and Rajasthan. The land around it is hilly and uneven, cut by seasonal streams. On a map, the town is a compact cluster of streets, and the roads leading out of it curve around the undulating terrain.
The district is home to a large Adivasi population, mainly Bhil and Bhilala communities, and is known for the Bhagoriya festival held before Holi. It is also known as the home of the Kadaknath, a black-feathered chicken breed with a geographical indication tag from the area. Water bodies and small reservoirs are scattered across the countryside, and they have been important in this dry region.
A Jhābua map poster shows a modest town in a rugged landscape. The dense centre, the few main roads and the open, broken ground around it make an understated image for people who know the region well.

Winding roads

Water bodies
Small lakes and reservoirs dot the land around the town. Their irregular shapes add contrast to the dry, uneven terrain of the district.
