Airport runways
Hannover Airport's long parallel runways cut a wide, empty rectangle into the map. In black and white they read almost like abstract lines, framed by the town and the fields.

Langenhagen Map Poster & Print
Langenhagen sits directly north of Hannover, and from above the boundary between the two is hard to see. Streets run on from the city without a break, then open into lower-density neighbourhoods, allotment gardens and farmland. The land is almost completely flat, so the map is shaped by infrastructure and planning rather than by hills or valleys.
The biggest single form on the map is Hannover Airport, which lies within Langenhagen's borders. Its parallel runways and taxiways make long, clean bars of open space against the finer grain of housing. Rail lines and main roads run north toward the airport and the outlying districts. Between them you can see the patchwork of the town's older villages, now joined into one municipality.
A Langenhagen map poster turns this suburban geometry into a clear graphic. It suits anyone who has flown from here many times, lived in the northern districts, or commuted into Hannover along these routes. The Neue Bult racecourse adds a gentle oval to the pattern, one of the few curves in an otherwise straight-lined map.

Neue Bult racecourse
The horse-racing track at Neue Bult shows up as a neat oval among the streets. It is an easy landmark to spot and breaks up the grid.
Seamless city edge
On the south side, Langenhagen's streets flow into Hannover's without a visible seam. The poster shows how the town grew as part of a larger urban area.

Zakaj Langenhagen
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
People hang this map because Langenhagen is somewhere they know closely: a first flat, a family home near the airport, or a place defined by departures and arrivals. The runways give it a strong, recognisable shape, even for visitors who only passed through.
You can give the poster your own title, subtitle and coordinates line, for example a street name or a moving-in date. Choose from five styles, Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, to match the room it will hang in.
