Langley Park Map Poster & Print
Langley Park is an unincorporated community in Prince George's County, Maryland, just beyond the northern edge of Washington, D.C. Its map centres on the intersection of University Boulevard and New Hampshire Avenue, two wide arterial roads that cross near the middle of the neighbourhood. Commercial strips run along both.
Behind the main roads, the area is filled with mid-century garden apartment complexes, set around courtyards and parking areas, together with streets of small houses. Langley Park is known as one of the region's most important Latino and immigrant communities. The historic McCormick-Goodhart Mansion, now home to the advocacy organisation CASA, stands inside the neighbourhood.
A Langley Park map poster shows a suburb shaped by its roads. The two boulevards form a strong cross, the apartment complexes appear as clusters of short internal streets, and the surrounding residential grid spreads out toward Takoma Park, Hyattsville and College Park. Seen from above, its compact size and dense housing are easy to see.

Garden apartments
Mid-century apartment complexes appear as tight groups of buildings and internal drives, a pattern that sets Langley Park apart from neighbouring areas of detached houses.
Between neighbours
