Compact lanes
The centre of Lateri is a tight mesh of narrow lanes. Printed in fine line it forms a dense, textured shape that draws the eye to the middle of the poster.

Lateri Map Poster & Print
Lateri is a town in the Vidisha district of Madhya Pradesh, in central India. It lies in the northern part of the district, in open rural country of fields, low rises and seasonal streams. On the map the town is a single concentrated cluster of streets, with a few roads leading outward to neighbouring villages and to the larger towns of the region.
The internal pattern is organic. Narrow lanes twist between houses and small courtyards, widening where they meet the main roads. The edges of the settlement are soft, with homes and plots gradually giving way to cultivated land. Ponds and water tanks, common across the region, appear as small solid shapes among the fields.
The surrounding district is largely agricultural, with wheat and soybean among the crops widely grown in this part of Madhya Pradesh. A Lateri map poster gives this modest place a clear visual identity, showing how a compact town and its web of roads sit within a broad and steady farming landscape.

Radiating roads
A handful of roads leave the town toward surrounding villages and district towns, dividing the farmland around it into broad segments that give the map its structure.
Open farmland
Fields surround the town on every side, and their boundaries give the outer parts of the map a calm, subdivided pattern that frames the settlement.
