Town grid
The central streets form a mostly regular grid of blocks and avenues, the densest part of the map and the clearest reflection of the town's planned growth.

Linshui Map Poster
Linshui lies in the far south of Hebei, west of Handan, where the flat North China Plain begins to rise toward the Taihang Mountains. On a map the town shows a fairly regular pattern of streets and residential blocks, with main roads running out toward neighbouring towns and the land to the west becoming more folded and uneven.
The town is the centre of Handan's Fengfeng Mining District, an area long associated with coal, and industrial sites and worker housing have shaped much of its layout. The wider area is also known for Cizhou ware, the robust painted stoneware that has been produced in this part of Hebei for many centuries.
Seen in black and white, Linshui is a study in transition, a gridded industrial town on one side and the beginnings of hill country on the other. A Linshui map poster is a straightforward, honest portrait for people who grew up or worked here, and a quiet addition to a wall of places that matter.

Taihang foothills
To the west the ground rises toward the Taihang range, and roads begin to bend and follow valleys, giving that side of the poster a looser, more organic texture.
Industrial edges
Around the core, larger plots of industrial land and housing estates break the grid into bigger shapes, a reminder of the district's long connection with mining.

Zakaj Linshui
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
Many families in southern Hebei have ties to Fengfeng and its mines and workshops, and many of their children now live in other cities. A map of Linshui is a restrained way to mark that origin and to keep the shape of the hometown close.
Personalise the title and subtitle with the town's name, a family name or a year, and edit the coordinates line. Choose one of five styles, download HD files in six print sizes, or order a matte printed poster with an optional wooden frame.
