Curving street plan
Maumelle's neighbourhoods have looping streets and cul-de-sacs instead of a grid. The planned layout gives the poster soft, flowing lines that are easy to recognise.

Maumelle Map Poster & Print
Maumelle lies north-west of Little Rock, on the north bank of the Arkansas River in Pulaski County. It was built as a planned community from the 1970s, and the map shows this clearly. There is no grid. Streets loop and curve around small lakes and wooded plots, and many end in cul-de-sacs that give each neighbourhood its own closed shape.
A main boulevard runs through the city toward North Little Rock and Interstate 40, and most of the street network feeds into it. Along the river, parks and green space soften the southern edge. Across the water are the hills around Pinnacle Mountain, one of the best-known landmarks in central Arkansas.
A Maumelle map poster is a good example of how suburban planning looks from above. The winding residential streets form organic, almost botanical shapes, the lakes sit in them as neat rounded pools, and the river draws a long curve along the bottom of the frame. It is a calm, balanced composition for a young city.

Lakes in town
Several small lakes sit within the residential areas, surrounded by homes and paths. They break up the street pattern with clean, rounded shapes.
Arkansas River edge
The city's southern side follows the Arkansas River. This broad band of water anchors the composition and separates Maumelle from the hills on the far bank.

Zakaj Maumelle
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
Many families chose Maumelle deliberately, so a map of it often marks a particular chapter: a first house, children growing up, a move to central Arkansas. The poster keeps the street network, the lakes and the river together in one clean, simple image.
Add your own title, subtitle or coordinates, perhaps the street you lived on or the year you moved in, and choose from five styles such as Paper or Noir. The $9 digital set includes 18×24″ and 24×36″ files alongside metric sizes, or you can order a printed poster instead.
