Nansang Map Poster & Print
Nansang lies in southern Shan State, Myanmar, on the broad upland plateau that rises east of the central plains. The landscape around it is gently rolling, with farmland, scattered woods and low hills rather than steep mountains. The town itself is small and loosely arranged, with a central area of closer streets and roads extending outward toward villages and fields across the plateau.
On a map, the street pattern is shaped by the terrain and by the routes that connect the town to its neighbours. Main roads leave the centre in several directions, while smaller lanes fill the spaces between them in an irregular web. Open ground and farmland surround the built-up area, giving the composition a spacious, quiet quality with plenty of room around the streets.
Because Nansang is rarely shown in detail elsewhere, a Nansang map poster can be a particularly personal object: a clear record of a town that matters to the people who know it. Digital HD files cost $9, covering six print sizes as 300 DPI PNG and print-ready PDF files, and a free 900 px preview is available before buying.

Radiating roads
Several main roads leave the centre toward neighbouring towns and villages, forming the long lines that give the map its underlying structure.
Irregular lanes
Between the main routes, smaller lanes form an informal, uneven web, a fine texture that reads well in the Classic and Paper styles.

Zakaj Nansang
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
For people from Nansang living in Taunggyi, Yangon or abroad, a map of the home town is a way to hold on to its layout: the familiar streets, the road out of town, the houses of relatives. It needs no famous landmark to carry meaning.
The title, subtitle and coordinates line can all be personalised, whether with the town's name, a family name or a date. Pick Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand, and order a printed poster or download the HD files to print locally.
