North Canton Map Poster & Print
North Canton lies in Stark County, Ohio, just north of Canton and south of Akron. Its centre is a compact grid of straight streets, with Main Street running north to south through the middle of town. Beyond this core the pattern loosens into curving subdivisions, cul-de-sacs and school grounds, typical of a small Midwestern city that grew steadily through the twentieth century.
The town's story is closely tied to the Hoover Company. Hoover built its name here making vacuum cleaners and kept its headquarters and factory in North Canton for most of the century. The name is still part of local identity. The town is also home to Walsh University, whose campus adds a large, green block to the map.
A North Canton map poster shows how the old factory town relates to its later growth: the regular blocks at the centre, the large industrial footprint, and the looping residential streets that reach out towards open land and the airport area to the north.

Industrial heritage
The site linked to Hoover's long presence covers a large area near the centre. On the map it shows as broad shapes that break up the residential pattern.
Walsh University campus
The university grounds leave an open, landscaped area among the housing, with curving paths and scattered buildings that lighten the composition.

Zakaj North Canton
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
North Canton is the kind of place people describe precisely: the street they grew up on, the school, the walk to Main Street. A map poster holds all of that in one frame and suits a hallway, a first apartment or a parent's living room.
Personalise the title, subtitle and coordinates, for example with a family name and the year a house was bought. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Download HD files for $9, or order a print shipped from a partner in the United States.
