Picassent Map Poster & Print
Picassent lies south of Valencia, on the inland edge of the fertile plain that surrounds the city. From above, the town forms a compact core of streets, with newer blocks and residential areas spreading outward. To the east lies the flat, closely divided land of orchards and fields. To the west the ground begins to rise into low hills with scattered houses and dry scrub.
The countryside around Picassent has long been planted with citrus, and on the map the orchards appear as a fine grid of small plots divided by paths and irrigation channels. Main roads connect the town to Valencia and to neighbouring towns in the Horta Sud. Industrial estates and motorways on the outskirts show how closely it is now tied to the wider metropolitan area.
A Picassent map poster captures that meeting of old town, plain and hills. The dense centre, the orderly field pattern and the looser hillside roads each have their own texture in black ink. It suits anyone with roots in the town, as well as those who have moved out from Valencia for more space and a view of the orange groves.

Citrus plots
East of town, orchards divide the plain into small, regular plots crossed by paths and irrigation channels, creating a fine grid on the map.
Rising western hills
To the west the land lifts into low hills. Roads there become winding, and houses scatter more loosely among the dry slopes.

Zakaj Picassent
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
Picassent is home for families who have lived among the orchards for generations and for newer residents who commute to Valencia. A map of the town ties both groups to the same streets and fields.
You can set your own title, add a name or date as the subtitle and keep or edit the coordinates. Choose Classic black & white, Noir, Paper, Blueprint or Sand. Paper works nicely in a sunny Mediterranean room.
