Praga Południe Map Poster & Print
Praga Południe is a Warsaw district on the eastern bank of the Vistula, directly across the river from the city centre. On the map its western edge is the river itself, lined with embankments and green shore. The rest of the district fans out eastward through a varied set of neighbourhoods, each with its own street pattern.
Near the river, the National Stadium sits in a large oval bowl beside the Poniatowski Bridge, and Skaryszewski Park spreads out with its ponds and paths. To the south, Saska Kępa has a quiet grid of villa streets, many lined with interwar modernist houses. Further east, Gocław and Grochów are dominated by large housing estates.
Several old river channels survive as lakes, including Lake Kamionkowskie and Lake Gocławskie, a reminder that the Vistula once wandered across this ground. A Praga Południe map poster brings together the river, the parks and a distinctive mix of urban forms, from villa streets to prefabricated blocks, in one frame.

Skaryszewski Park
Paths, ponds and Lake Kamionkowskie fill this large park near the river, giving the map a green, curving centrepiece beside the stadium.
