Purwakarta Map Poster & Print
Purwakarta sits in the rolling country between Jakarta and Bandung, and its map reflects that in-between position. The town centre is small and tightly drawn, with streets bending around a circular lake, Situ Buleud, that works as a natural hub. Around it, residential lanes fill the gaps between main roads, and fields and hills begin quickly at the edges.
Transport lines cross the town in clear strokes. The railway between Jakarta and Bandung runs through Purwakarta, and the Cipularang toll road passes nearby, drawing a long curve across the regency. To the southwest lies the Jatiluhur Reservoir, created by damming the Citarum River, whose irregular shoreline breaks into dozens of inlets that look almost like branching coral when drawn in black line.
A Purwakarta map poster captures a town that has grown up around water, from the pond at its heart to the reservoir that supplies much of the region. The contrast between the dense centre and the loose, hilly outskirts gives the composition a clear focal point with plenty of space around it, which suits a minimalist print well.

Rail and toll road
The Jakarta–Bandung railway and the Cipularang toll road cut long lines through the landscape, linking the compact town to the two larger cities on either side.

Zakaj Purwakarta
Zemljevid, ki nekaj pomeni
People hang a map of Purwakarta because they grew up near Situ Buleud, commuted along the railway, or spent weekends by the reservoir. The plan is simple enough to recognise at a glance, yet detailed enough to trace a familiar route home.
You can set your own title, add a subtitle such as a family name or a meaningful date, and adjust the coordinates line. The map comes in five styles, from Classic black and white to the warm tones of Sand, so it can match the room it hangs in.
